Why Kids Guitar Dojo Exists
Built for kids. Inspired by my own.
When my own children started learning guitar, I saw how confusing and frustrating traditional methods could be.
Kids don’t learn like adults — they learn through colour, play, and visual cues.
That insight led me to create Kids Guitar Dojo and the sticker system: a simple, fun way for young beginners to build confidence and enjoy making music.

How Kids Guitar Dojo Began
Kids Guitar Dojo started with a simple realisation:
young children need a different approach to learning guitar.
When my own kids showed interest, I saw how traditional methods often created confusion and frustration rather than excitement.
The breakthrough came while teaching at a music studio, where I noticed a violin instructor using colourful stickers to help students navigate the instrument.
That moment sparked an idea.
What if guitar learning could be visual, playful, and immediately rewarding?
From that question, The Fast Track Fretboard System was born — A sticker system designed to remove overwhelm, build confidence early, and make practice feel like fun.
Built by a Parent, for Parents
Kids Guitar Dojo didn’t begin as a business idea.
It began at home.
Like many parents, I wanted my children’s first experience with music to feel encouraging — not overwhelming.
I began experimenting with visual learning, colour cues, and playful practice methods.
The results were immediate:
more confidence, more engagement, and most importantly — more smiles.
What worked for my own kids soon proved just as powerful for other young beginners.
Because every child deserves a positive start with music...
